Helmet that isaac clarke wears in Dead Space 2.

This was done for my friend's birthday. we will install the lights/visor together since i didnt know where it would sit on her head and where she will be looking trough

yes, i used pepakura to lay out the basic patterns on paper then to eva, i had to wing a lot of parts though, since transfering paper > eva doesnt always work out too well :S

Very nice work!  If you don't mind me asking, what would you say was the most difficult part of the helmet to craft?

most of it was a pain in the ass xD since parts wouldnt fit, some warped, so i had to wing and adjust half of it. but the worst part was fitting the faceplate to the helmet base (since i made them separately) so it took a lot of trimming and cutting to make the parts go together..But then again i guess thats part of every costume build q-q his suit has so much tiny pieces, but i guess you know that allready dont you :D

Indeed I do.  I actually also finished the helmet recently (pictures will be posted soon), so I know just how frustrating it can be to make it.
